I work at the intersection of body-based healing and inner transformation, helping people regulate their nervous systems, release stored emotion, and root into the truth of who they are.

​

My path into this work has been deeply personal.
What began as a journey through yoga and emotional healing grew into a devotion to the body and its wisdom as the place where real change happens. 

 

Over time, I trained in somatic practices, nervous system regulation, neuroscience-informed coaching, and trauma-sensitive facilitation.

​

I’ve guided hundreds of people back to themselves — through movement, breath, emotional release, belief rewiring, and grounded self-awareness.

I believe in slow healing, true empowerment, and workspaces that nourish rather than deplete us. Whether I’m holding space for a woman deep in personal transformation, or guiding a team through nervous system regulation tools — the work is the same: to return to wholeness, from the inside out.
