YIN

By holding poses for longer periods, typically 3-5 minutes, Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, promoting flexibility and inner stillness. This practice encourages mindfulness and helps to balance the body and mind, making it a perfect complement to more active forms of exercise.
